  • 5 handfuls of young nettles

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

The process of preparing a simple nettle soup:
Chop the onion and garlic. Clean the nettles. Place a pot with a liter of water on the fire, to which add a teaspoon of baking soda and nettle. Immerse them in boiling water for 30 minutes and then cool them under running cold water. Put the shrimp on the fire. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and onion. Fry for 5 minutes and add garlic. Roast until the garlic smells nice. Add the nettles and cover with one liter of water. When the soup boils, set it aside and use a stick blender to blend it into a smooth mixture.
