Ice cream with mango and turmeric
YOU NEED:
- 600 grams of frozen mango
- 200 grams of coconut cream
- 230 milliliters of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- half a teaspoon of black pepper (optional)
PREPARATION:
In a blender, mix all ingredients on low speed until combined. When a compact mass is formed, pour it into a container and place it ice cream with mango and turmeric in the freezer for two hours.
Banana and peanut butter ice cream
YOU NEED:
- 3 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
- 75 grams + 2 tablespoons of coconut cream

- 350 milliliters of coconut milk
PREPARATION:
