On a culinary cruise down the Ljubljanica River, indulge in the unique flavors of selected dishes by top chefs Igor Jagodic and Mojmir Šiftar. Igor Jagodic, chef of the year 2019, who heads the kitchen at Restaurant Strelec in Ljubljana Castle, and Mojmir Šiftar, young talent 2019, who heads the restaurant Evergreen, have prepared a delicious menu for you, which will be accompanied by first-class Slovenian wines and romantic melodies.
We are expecting a new guest chef in May. We have invited top chef Igor Jagodic from the restaurant Strelec, who will reveal a recipe to us with his knowledge and experience.
The April academy will be playfully spring colored. We will include the first spring crops in the dish and season them as in the old days. We will prepare asparagus with thorn and other delicacies.
