The new season of the Running Academy started yesterday. We ran successfully and also escaped the rain. Trainers Anica Živko and Klemen Dolenc led the runners along the well-known and lesser-known forest paths of Tivoli and Rožnik, and with expert advice helped them overcome those first kilometers, which are the most difficult.

For optimal well-being during the months when spring fatigue quickly sets in, it is necessary to follow a few simple rules that will bring excellent mental and physical well-being into our lives.
Formatlon is a charity running event that will liven up Tivoli Park for the sixth time in a row. It runs for eight hours, and the winner is the one who runs the most kilometers in that time.
