On Friday, May 26, 2017, the opening of the Non-Wasteful Food Week will take place at Pogačarjev Square in Ljubljana. The week of non-discarded food takes place on the initiative of Luka Jezeršek, and the movement was also supported by the most important Slovenian chefs: Ana Roš (Hiša Franko), Janez Bratovž (JB), Igor Jagodic (Strelec, David Vračko (Mak) and Luka Košir (Grič). on this occasion, Massimo Bottura, one of the best chefs in the world, will also visit Slovenia.

Tabay Brothers, who started their story almost two years ago, have reopened their doors to the world of gourmet 'fast food' in Ljubljana. Today, in a new location, with the same recognizable taste, they conquer with burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads.
Graphic designer Christine Røde asked herself what ingredients are used in the traditional dishes of individual countries and packaged her answers in the form of photographs under the name ''What Food Looks Like''. She collected in a pile all those ingredients that most often end up on a country's plate in one way or another and photographed them neatly arranged in "Adam's costume", i.e. not yet processed.
Delicious food has always been a pleasant bringer of special moments of socializing. At the same time, it easily takes us on a journey around the world with its magic. Thus, Skuhna was created as a unique social entrepreneurial project that combines both - cross-cultural integration and new culinary experiences.
