On Wednesday, we created at the CITY CHEF cooking academy. This time we were fascinated by Dalmatian cuisine!

In good company with food and selected wines, this time we are at CITY CHEF cooking academy were preparing Dalmatian culinary delights – sea bass carpaccio, mixed buzaro, gratin capesantes with kohlrabi, fritters with orange and lemon juice and grated apples... They also introduced themselves winemaker: Korta Katarina and Kabola. The official water of the academy was Pit.
