At the CITY CHEF cooking academy in December, we prepared festive delicacies under the guidance of master chefs. Check out the culinary pulse in the photo gallery!
On holiday CITY CHEF cooking academy we prepared beef carpaccio on arugula with parmesan and pomegranate as an appetizer, and saffron risotto with fried shrimp and veal steak with truffle puree for the main course. For dessert, we created Kaval cakes in pots, New Year's cookies and chocolate spruces on a stick. We rounded off the dishes with Martini sparkling wines. (Martini Rose, Martini Asti, Martini Prosecco). The official water of the event was Pit.
He prepared the main dishes chef of Kaval Inn and Pizzeria, Dragan Marjanović, and he took care of the desserts pastry chef from Lolita, Greg Roda.
