Banana and Nutella braid
Ingridients
- 2 bananas
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- ¼ cup Nutella
- 1 egg
Preparation
Roll out the dough and spread it with chocolate spread. Leave the edges ungreased. Spread the sliced bananas in the middle. Heat the oven to 220 °C. Cut the dough without spread and bananas diagonally - the cuts should be about 2 centimeters apart. Fold the slits over the chocolate and bananas. Brush with beaten egg and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Banana fritters
Ingridients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup pancake batter
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¾ cup milk
- oil
- icing sugar
Preparation
Mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Add the pancake mix, cinnamon and milk and mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Scoop the mass with a large spoon and place it in the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Banana pudding
Ingridients
- 2 bananas
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of milk
Preparation
Mix bananas, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and milk well in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a container and cook it at a medium temperature for about 8 minutes. Allow to cool (at least 4 hours). Pour the mixture into pots, decorate with whipped cream and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Banana Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingridients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¾ cup flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup peanut butter
Preparation
Heat the oven to 180 °C. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add sugar, butter and vanilla and mix well. Add salt, flour and cocoa and gently mix into the mixture. Grease a baking tray with some butter and sprinkle it with a spoonful of cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into the pan. Spoon the peanut butter balls into the mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
