Chefs have revealed the secret of how to properly cook hard-boiled eggs!

A trick that you probably don't know, but it makes sure that the yolk is always perfectly soft.

Experienced chefs say that only when you learn how to prepare eggs properly can you say that you have mastered cooking skills to some extent.

Although many people think eggs are very easy to cook, there are actually a few little tricks that the experts use that make a big difference.

It is enough that the eggs just hold it in boiling water for a few seconds longer, that the yolk loses the desired "softness".

You will solve the problem once and for all if you resort to the method used by chefs - remove the boiling water in time. The yolks will be tender and semi-liquid every time.

Let's look at the preparation.

Place the eggs in cold water, then place the pan on the stove. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off. Do not put the container away, let it stand there for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, pour off the hot water and cover with cold water. Leave the eggs in it for another minute or so, then take them out and remove the shell. This way, the yolks will be completely "soft", i.e. not too runny, and not too hard.
