The more powerful version of the engine promises to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 8.7 seconds, and only with an automatic transmission.

Ford is not resting on its laurels and for a year 2024 also announces the arrival of a fully electric version Puma Gen-E, which will share a platform with its gasoline-powered siblings. This electric newcomer will apparently be built at Ford's plant in Craiova, Romania, proving that innovation and tradition can intertwine in unexpected places.
