Sweet tooths, "sweet tooths" and everyone who loves štrukli, beware! On March 1, 2017, the first stucco shop in Slovenia opened in Ljubljana. Moji štruklji Slovenije invites us under Plečnik's arcades, where the traditional approach to the preparation of Slovenian dishes and the challenges of modern cuisine are intertwined. It is created by chef Peter Vogelnik, who, with respect for tradition, many years of experience, hard work, knowledge and innovation, prepares the most valued and diverse top-quality štrukli, which will not leave anyone indifferent. V the first stucco shop in Slovenia, v My štruklji from Slovenia, we can taste a wide variety of ptraditional Slovenian štruklje made from pulled, leavened, puff pastry or buckwheat dough, but we can let ourselves be taken over by the flavors, which will certainly not leave us indifferent.
We can pamper our taste buds with classic, sweet, salty, meat, fruit or chocolate flavors of freshly prepared štruklo. The excess is provided by the sauce, which gives the štrukl a unique note. They have in the offer over 20 types of traditional Slovenian and modern štruklje from different types of dough, with creamy or classic fillings and toppings, at which one licks each finger individually.

We can choose between traditional štruklji (cheese, tarragon, buckwheat, apple, Ljubljana štrukelj...), salty (raw, tarragon, herbal, chive, meat, vegetable, carrot...), fruity (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, lemon, yogurt with mango...), chocolate ones (filled with chocolate cream, orange with dark chocolate, chocolate with banana, white chocolate štruklji...) and štrukli for gourmets (honey struklji with cream made from Slovenian honey, vanilla struklji with real bourbon vanilla cream, struklji with dried fruit and curd cream, sweet curd struklji with raisins...). They haven't forgotten about those of you who are allergic to gluten. They are also in the offer gluten-free bread rolls - buckwheat štruklji with walnuts made from stone-ground buckwheat flour and walnut filling. Screw yourself up they change seasonally, because they swear by the strukljarnica on fresh local ingredients and full flavors. We are also happy to offer Štruklje in natural packaging 'to take away'.
The first štrukli were created in Kofce, v Mountain home, where you can enjoy the unforgettable taste of štruklje and a wonderful view even today.
