The organizer of the prize game is Piardigma, doo in cooperation with Reformabit doo The prize draw takes place on the media citymagazine.si (article, invitation) and on the Instagram profile of the media City Magazine from 13/04/2021 to 23/04/2021. The draw will take place on April 24, 2021 at 10 a.m.
Natural or legal persons who are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia or have their registered office in the Republic of Slovenia and who register to participate in the prize draw within the social network Instagram can participate in the prize draw. Employees of the organizer, co-organizer and their immediate family members and other persons involved in the organization of this prize game are not allowed to participate in the prize game. By registering for the prize draw, the participant agrees to the rules of participation in the prize draw and to the conditions specified in these rules. Natural persons under the age of 18 can only participate in the prize game with the written consent of their parents or legal representatives.
The participant can participate in the prize game by:
– to follow the Instagram profile @citymagazineslo,
- to search for a post for the prize game on the mentioned profile and post a comment under it.
By participating in the prize draw, the participants agree that their first and last name will be forwarded to the co-organizer and they agree that their personal name will be published in the comments on the social network with their written consent.

The winner will be announced in the comments on the Instagram profile @citymagazineslo. In order to claim the prize, the winner must present an identity document (identity card or passport) and tax number to the organizer. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days after the prize draw, he loses the right to it without the right to any other or different compensation. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize, the prize cannot be cashed out, nor can it be transferred to a third party.
The organizer does not protect or process any data. Instagram is responsible for this - the social networks within which the prize draw takes place. The organizer conducts all communication with the winner exclusively through the tools provided by these two networks. For the needs of taxes and income tax, the winner provides the information for the income tax calculation.
The organizer of the prize draw is not responsible for any damage caused by technical problems with the network operator or due to errors in internet connections or technical problems that may occur due to errors in the operation of the prize draw. The organizer of the prize draw can completely change the design of the prize draw at any time, if this is required for reasons of a technical or commercial nature or for reasons on the part of the public. The organizer will inform the participants in a suitable way and at a suitable place about any change or addition to these rules.
