The process of making apple horseradish
First, thoroughly wash the horseradish and apples and remove the skin. Then grate them on a grater (sprinkle the apples with lemon juice to prevent them from browning). Add oil, vinegar, sugar and salt and mix, if you want, you can dilute everything with water.
