Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 200 g ground biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • half a cup of crushed walnuts
  • Glaze
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 65 g cocoa powder

Directions

  1. To begin with, peel 2 large apples, cut them into quarters and remove the core. Grate them into smaller pieces. Set the grated apples aside.
  2. Add cookies, then a teaspoon of cinnamon and half a cup of crushed walnuts.
  3. Stir the mixture until it comes together. We form balls. Cover with food foil so that they do not dry out. Leave them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Mix ¾ cup of milk and 65 g of cocoa powder in a pan and cook until the mixture boils. Stir constantly so that lumps do not form and do not stick to the bottom of the container.
  5. Remove the boiled and thickened sauce from the heat, transfer it to a bowl and cool it. Then cover each ball with chocolate topping.
