Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • fruit of your choice (e.g. strawberries, bananas, raspberries)

Directions

  1. Place the chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add the almond milk and honey and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  3. Then add the fruit of your choice. You can use fresh fruit or frozen, depending on the season and your preferences.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass or container, which you cover.
  5. Place in the refrigerator and leave overnight or at least for a few hours. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like texture.
In the morning, take it out of the fridge, garnish with fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. banana slices, strawberries or raspberries) and serve.

You can also use coconut milk or yogurt to adjust the taste or texture. If desired, you can also add various additives, such as melted chocolate or cocoa powder.
