- 1 cup almonds (you can also use hazelnuts)
- 1 cup of dates

- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Almonds and dates (they can be soaked for a few hours beforehand if desired) are ground well in a blender to form a sticky mass.
