The process of preparing homemade snickers:
First, heat the coconut butter until it melts. Mix in the remaining ingredients for the base and use a mixer to form a homogeneous mass. Shape it into a square on baking paper and place it in the freezer. For the caramel layer, heat the coconut butter first and mix it together with the dates with a mixer into a paste. If necessary, add a little water (approx. 30 ml) to make it easier to mix. Cover the bottom layer with it and sprinkle peanuts and salt flower over it. Place everything in the freezer for a few hours and then cut into pieces of any size. The last part of the homemade snickers preparation follows. Melt the chocolate with hot water and add coconut butter, pour the resulting mixture over the frozen pieces of chocolate and wait until they harden. Have a good run!
