Lasagna is a typical Italian dish made from ready-made crusts filled with meat and béchamel. Try a slightly different version that is wrapped in rolls.
Lasagna rolls
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 large onion
- 500 g of minced meat
- 3 cloves of garlic
- pureed tomatoes
- a little grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- sour cream or ricotta
- grated mozzarella
- 1 egg
- parsley
Directions
- Boil the lasagna dough and put it in cold water for a while. Take it out of the water and place it on a cloth to absorb the moisture.
- Beat the egg, add cream, mozzarella, parsley and mix well.
- Fry the meat on the onion, add salt and pepper and cover with tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Spread two spoonfuls of the filling and then another two spoonfuls of the meat sauce on the sheet of lasagna.
- Roll up into a roll.
- Grease a fireproof dish with tomato puree and arrange the rolls, which are greased with the rest of the meat sauce. Grate some more cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes until nicely browned. Serve warm!
