Recipe: pumpkin muffins

Pumpkin muffins are ideal for this time of year, when everything turns into autumn colors, and these muffins brighten up the experience with the smell of autumn.

Ingredients

  • 260 g plain flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • --pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice and cinnamon
  • 425 g of pumpkin puree (prepare in advance, bake the pumpkin for 1 hour at 180 degrees)
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 125 g of Greek yogurt
  • 80 ml of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 200 g of chocolate

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and spices in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix the mixture and add 150 g of chopped chocolate.
  4. Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Line the muffin tin with paper baskets.
  5. Fill each basket 2/3 full.
  6. Sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate and bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. Cool well before serving.
