Spaghetti carbonara
Ingredients
- bacon or pancetta
- spaghetti
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 hot pepper
- some frozen peas
- 180 g of sour cream
- parmesan
- pepper
- oil
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add diced bacon.
- Cut the garlic, bacon and mushrooms into thin slices. A small hot pepper, finely chopped. Add all the ingredients to the pan with the bacon. At the same time, add some peas.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and sour cream to the bowl in which the yolks were separated. Mix all this and add a little water and mix again.
- Take about 10 tablespoons of the water in which the spaghetti was cooked and add it to the pan with the bacon and other ingredients.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, strain it and add it to the pan with the ingredients.
- Mix everything well, add the yolk mixture, then mix again. Cook briefly and the spaghetti is ready.
