Vegetables with baked cheese
Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 eggplant
- 2 peppers
- 2 flasks
- 1 broccoli
- a little olive oil Sauce:
- 3 tomatoes
- some basil Extras:
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- half a cup of Parmesan cheese
- a little rosemary and thyme
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 8 mini tomatoes
- half a head of onion
- mozzarella
Directions
- Cut the vegetables for the base and place them in the baking dish. You can mix it up or arrange it in levels so that each type is in one level. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for half an hour at 180 to 200 degrees.
- Then pour the sauce over it. Make the sauce by cutting the tomatoes in half, grating them and mixing them with the basil. Spread the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture on top. Drizzle with olive oil, then add sliced onions, mini tomatoes, sprinkle with grated garlic, rosemary and thyme and finally sprinkle with grated mozzarella
- Bake for another 15 minutes and serve.
