Mascarpone cream:
2 eggs
350 g of mascarpone cream
1 vanilla sugar
8 dkg of sugar
Rosehip sponge cake:
15 dkg of ground carob
10 dkg of white flour
3 eggs
5 dkg of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
Preparation:
For the sponge cake, beat the egg whites gradually
add the egg yolks and mix in everything else
ingridients. Bake at 180 ºC for about 18 minutes.
For the cream, beat the egg whites until stiff,
add egg yolks, stir in the rest of the ingredients
and mascarpone. Fill the glasses with pieces
biscuits soaked in black coffee, which we added to it
a little rum, pour over the mascarpone
cream and sprinkle with ground carobs.
