Ingredients for 4 people:

200 g of white polenta
8 dcl dill
1 tablespoon of butter
180 g of pureed cottage cheese
a pinch of finely chopped herbs and
salt, a pinch of nutmeg
a nut, a spoonful of olive oil

Preparation:

Cook the white polenta according to the instructions in salted water
dill. While mixing, add the other ingredients
and nutmeg. When the mixture is a little
harden and cool, shape into balls, place
on herb leaves and pour over melted butter,
flavored with nutmeg.
