Ingridients

Dough

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1/2 spoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of Himalayan salt


Trouble

  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cm of peeled and sliced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of barley grass
  • juice of one orange
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
  • to thicken the smoothie: 2 teaspoons of powdered agar agar

*1 cup = 2.5 dcl

Preparation

For dough first blend the almonds to a floury texture. Add the dates, salt, vanilla and cocoa and mix until you get a compact and sticky mixture. Cover a small baking dish with food foil and spread the mixture evenly.

For disturb mix all the ingredients (mango, banana, almond milk, ginger, barley grass, honey or agave syrup). You will need 2 cups of smoothie to make the dessert. You can use/drink the rest immediately. To thicken, mix water and agar agar and cook until boiling. Reduce the heat and cook for another 1 minute. Let it cool a little. Pour the liquid mixture onto the base in the baking dish and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Garnish with shredded coconut, cocoa and walnuts before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy a light, fine dessert throughout the day. Have a good run!
