Ljubljana is one of the first in Europe to get a long-awaited project — 100 % electric car sharing. It is one of the fastest growing trends in the global automotive industry. Electric car sharing the model was presented by the company Avant car with the support of partners and thus represents the mobility solution Avant2Go. In the first year, 50 BMW, Renault and Smart electric vehicles will be driving through the streets of Ljubljana — which should relieve the capital by 500 to 1,000 vehicles. The start of the service, which will lead the people of Ljubljana into a new era of mobility, is expected at the beginning of next month. The minimum rental price starts from three euros.
Smart recently announced product expansions. In 2017, its vehicle fleet will be richer by three Brabus models and the electric version of the Fortwo and Forfour models, which have been manufactured in the Slovenian Revoz for years.
