Beat: CITY CHEF cooking academy - Festival of wide mouths - February 25

Yesterday we had a great time at our cooking academy, where this time we prepared slightly different carnival delicacies. Check out the beat in the photo gallery!

Under the watchful eye of the chef Dragan Marjanoviča from the restaurant Kaval we prepared carnival delicacies such as pumpkin soup, beef tongue on a bed of radicchio, and for the main course pork fish in batter with cabbage mashed potatoes. Pastry master Greg Roda from a pastry shop Lolita but he taught us how to prepare carnival desserts. A winemaker also presented himself during the academy Blazic.
