Above all, we love slightly special events, the kind that entertain and also teach something. After school, graduation or work, we can treat the brain to special learning care and let's go to Bled, where brave knights, brave gentlemen, nobility, middle class, merchants and artisans once again come behind the castle walls, and in this way we repeat the historical past in an entertaining way. Bled Castle and its surroundings will be moved back to the Middle Ages for a few days, so we will wander among the stalls of the medieval market or take a spin with the children on the medieval carousel.
For a pleasant Friday evening, we recommend the continuation of the story Other bands, which celebrates 30 years this year. Excellent concerts in the Šiška Cinema are announced by two exotic musical names, Mulatu Astatke from Ethiopia and Bombino from Nigeria, the outstanding Wang Li will perform at the Menza pri Koritu na Metelkova, where Akua Naru will reign in Gala Hala, Jambinai in Channel Zero, and Gromka Club promises a DJ night in collaboration with Bass Culture.

The second band continues on Saturday, starting its program at 1:00 p.m. in Cankarjev dom with a concert by the Turkish quartet Rubato, while at 3:00 p.m. one of the biggest bands in Macedonia will perform with guests. Active Sundays are already becoming a regular feature, if not our tradition. Kotva's hike to the Lovren Lakes, which starts at 9 a.m. in the parking lot at the cultural center in Lovrenec na Pohorje.
