Exercise and good physical condition are not a luxury, but a basic human need. The human body is made to move. When determining how good your physical condition is, 4 signs can help you.

If you can do these exercises without any problems, you can claim that you are in good physical condition

1. 20 lunge steps

If you can get 20 correct dropout steps, without losing your balance, you are in good shape. The lunge is an excellent exercise for strengthening and building the muscles of the legs and buttocks. If you want to challenge yourself further, include side lunges in the exercise and hold weights in your hands for additional stress.

2. You have a low heart rate

If you are regularly physically active, your heart beats faster during exercise. A low resting heart rate, however, is usually a sign that you are in good shape. The normal heart rate range is between 50 and 100 beats per minute, and most people's resting heart rate is between 60 and 80 beats per minute. While an unusually low heart rate in an inactive person can be a clear sign of a poor heart condition, for most athletes it is a sign that they are in good shape. You can measure your fitness level by checking how long it takes your heart to recover normal frequency from the moment, when you have finished your workout. The more physically fit you are, the faster you will recover.

3. Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an indicator of whether you are in shape or not. Research has shown that exercise can strengthen the circadian rhythm and help anyone struggling with insomnia. If you have problems with the quality of your sleep and are not regularly active, try incorporating some into your daily routine moderate activity such as brisk walking. If you are in shape, you will definitely sleep well.

4. Reach your toes with ease

To test your fitness, try touching your toes. If your muscles are really tight and you can't do this exercise, it's time to to exercise and find the first yoga studio.
