5 ways to deal with bad news

Bad news is certainly one of the least pleasant parts of our life experience. Unfortunately, we have no influence on many unfortunate events, but it depends on us how we will react and whether we will allow an event to plunge us into sadness or numbness. 1. Try to calm down

When we receive bad news, especially when it comes to an accident or disease of our loved ones or ourselves, we can experience first a complete shock and despair.
