The first representative of Asus' new series of desktop computers, the Eee Top is equipped with a touch-sensitive 15.6-inch screen, is powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor with a frequency of 1.6 GHz, has 1 GB of memory and a hard disk with a capacity of 160 GB.
Instead of a CD/DVD drive, it has six USB interfaces and a card reader (SD/MMC/MS/MS Pro). It has a built-in network and WLAN card, as well as a 1.3 M web camera. It is not yet a competitor to the "apple" Mac, but the Eee Top is getting dangerously close to it, mainly due to its favorable price.
