  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • 5 spoons of density
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 g of margarine
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 ml of sweet cream
  • pistachios for garnish

Preparation

Sprinkle the ground coconut evenly and spread it on the baking sheet. Pour a liter of milk into a pan and add 8 tablespoons of sugar, save 1 tablespoon of sugar for later. Mix flour, thickener, cocoa and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Pour in 2 scoops of milk and mix well. Boil the milk and add a mixture of flour, thickener, cocoa, sugar and 2 scoops of milk. Stir constantly. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add margarine, chocolate and the remaining spoonful of sugar and mix. Pour the resulting mass over the coconut in the baking dish and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip the sweet cream and coat the cooled cake with it. Cut the pastry lengthwise into strips and carefully roll each strip into rolls. Place them on a plate and decorate them with chopped pistachios. Have a good run!
