Recipe: chocolate pralines with rum

Pralines are small chocolate surprises that hide various fillings inside.

They do not have a strictly defined shape and you can find them in different variants - shapes and fillings. They are covered in chocolate and sprinkled with various sprinkles.

Their preparation is quite simple, so if you like pralines or pralines, try this recipe.

Chocolate pralines with rum

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • one bag of vanilla sugar
  • 300 grams of ground biscuits
  • 80 grams of ground walnuts
  • 100 ml of orange juice
  • one spoonful of rum flavoring
  • one spoonful of cocoa
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 20 grams of white chocolate.

Directions

  1. Mix the sugar together with the vanilla sugar. Mix butter and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add crushed cookies and walnuts.
  2. Mix everything together with a mixer, then add juice and the aroma of rum.
  3. Separate a quarter of the mixture and add cocoa to it.
  4. Use the dark mixture to make longer rolls about 1 cm thick. Form the lighter mixture into a rectangle, about 15 mm thick.
  5. Allow to cool, then cut into pieces and shape.
  6. Glaze with dark chocolate to which oil has been added and then decorate with white chocolate.
