Ingredients
- Ingredients for the dough:
- 250 ml of milk
- 90 g of butter
- pinch of salt
- 140 g of flour
- 6 eggs Ingredients for the filling:
- 500 ml of milk
- 2 bags of vanilla pudding
- 70 g of sugar
- 100 g of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of butter
- 150 g of powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix milk, butter, salt and cook until everything is combined.
- Turn off the stove and add the flour, then mix with a mixer until you get a dough.
- Remove from the heat, then gradually add the eggs.
- Sprinkle the balls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 160°C for about 40 minutes.
- Mix the milk, pudding, sugar and vanilla sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Cover and cool to room temperature. Add butter and beat.
- Cut the dough in half, then fill with the filling and cover with the other half of the dough.
