Drinking water helps with anxiety, stabilizes mood, improves attention and concentration. If we don't sleep enough, this quickly leads to dehydration and thus to improper functioning of the body.
Place a pitcher of water in yours work environment. Always have a jug on the work table, maybe with stevia or fruit, together with plain or mineral water. Sleep approx 2 liters per day or a little more, and your skin and energy levels will thank you for it. As mentioned, keep a mug or bottle in the room where you spend most of your time.
