If you are not a fan of raw radishes, try roasted ones radishes with a dressing of butter or coconut oil and honey. Radishes baked in this way will have a sweet note that will perfectly complement yours the main course.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 spoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Place the baking tray in the oven and heat it to 200 degrees.
- Mix melted oil or butter, honey and vinegar.
- Wash the radishes, cut off the tops and cut them in half
- Place them in a bowl and cover them with a mixture of oil, vinegar and honey.
- Take the baking sheet out of the oven, cover it with baking paper and sprinkle the radishes on it, and bake them for 20 minutes.
- Stir them occasionally. Garnish with parsley and serve while still warm.
