      cabbage
    • beetroot
    • carrots
    • lemon juice
    • olive oil

    Directions

    1. Grate the cabbage, beetroot and carrots in a ratio of 3:1:1 and add some spices, such as parsley or celery, if desired.
    2. Pour the juice of one lemon over the mixture.
    3. Finally, add a few drops of olive oil, but do not add salt or other additives.
