Hummus is a popular Middle Eastern dish that has made its way to the West as well.

If you don't know what it is hummus, you must have climbed out of the cave yesterday. Don't take it too seriously, but the fact is that this dip or chickpea spread has become very popular recently. Not only because it is extremely tasty, but also because it can be combined with other dishes. Let's say crispy vegetables, falafel or bread. We present you a recipe for silky hummus that will not disappoint you. You can prepare it in a few minutes and then you can store it in the refrigerator. Believe me, its softness and creamy structure will not let you down.

Tip: To make the flavor even more pronounced, mix some jarred peppers or roasted vegetables into the mixture. Also a handful of fragrant herbs. You can also play with the texture by leaving it a little lumpier or spice it up with crunchy chickpeas.
