2. Thai iced coffee
Ingridients:
- 2 cups of coffee
- 500 ml of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- a little cinnamon

Brew the coffee, strain it and let it cool. In another bowl, caramelize the sugar and add the cinnamon. Pour one cup of cooled coffee into a bowl with caramelized sugar and stir. Before pouring the coffee, you can crush the pieces of caramelized sugar with a stick blender. Then pour milk over everything. Place this mixture in the freezer to make ice.
