But how do you use these ingredients to make a stunning curd cake?

At first separate the white from the yolk. Then melt the white chocolate (if you don't want to waste time melting it over hot water in a double boiler, simply place the crumble in the microwave for a few seconds) and such stir in the cottage cheese. Mix until they become one. Wait for the mass to cool, then it add more egg yolks and mix well again. In another bowl beat the egg white (let it be at room temperature) with a mixer until peaks form. Do not pour all the egg white (for a cake volume effect) to the mass all at once, but add only a little at first to thin it out a bit, then pour in the rest. Before it ends up in the oven, that one cover with baking paper. Put the cake in the oven (for juiciness, add a glass boiling water) heated to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. After this time, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another quarter of an hour. After half an hour, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside another 15 minutes. Before serving it chilled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and add whipped cream, jam or fruit if desired.
