They are healthy and a great snack. You can take the cookies to work or prepare them for your child at school.
Oatmeal cookies with peanuts, banana and chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 160 g of oatmeal
- 70 g of peanut butter and, if desired, another 50 g of ground peanuts
- 100 g of chocolate chips or dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Peel the bananas and grind them in a blender.
- Add peanut butter and ground peanuts and vanilla. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Add the oatmeal and chocolate chips and continue mixing by hand until you have a thick mixture.
- When the mixture is ready, form balls and spread them on the tray.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
