Ingredients

  • 500 grams of strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch or corn starch
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • half a lemon
  • 160 g of oatmeal
  • 50 g ground walnuts
  • a little vanilla extract
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 g of butter

Directions

  1. First mix 80 g of oatmeal with a hand mixer, then mix the mixture by hand with the remaining flakes, 1 tablespoon of sugar, walnuts, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt. Add the butter that you melted earlier. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and grate the peel. Then cut the strawberries in half or into quarters and place in a baking dish. Add the remaining sugar, lemon juice, grated zest and starch and mix everything together.
  3. Add the mixture you created from the oatmeal to the mixture. Do this so that all the strawberries are covered.
  4. Set the oven to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes. The dish can be served warm or chilled in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
