Easter and extended. There's no way we're going to feel bad this weekend. Quite the opposite! In addition to Easter meals, we organize the weekend in such a way that we really enjoy it. So where to this weekend?
Friday
On Thursday, April 2, an internationally recognized exhibition anchored at the Economic Exhibition Center in Ljubljana for three months, until July 2 1001 Inventions - 1001 inventions, on which we will also be able to walk among the discoveries of the golden good Islamic civilization this weekend.
If we happen to take a day off on Friday, we can already drive to the coast in the morning, where the start of the 23. Easter sailing regatta, one of the three most important regattas in Europe for the Optimist class, which will take place from Friday to Sunday. This year, the organizers expect between 400 and 500 sailors from 14 countries, so the weekend at sea will undoubtedly be exciting.
On the other side of Slovenia, in Maribor, from Friday to Sunday, we can mingle at Festival Scena 2015, which officially starts at 8 p.m. at ŠTUK. Three concert days will serve up an excellent selection of music. Bands will take the stage on Friday Lipstick Stain, Infected, Lost Void, Insession, The Neighbors, October and Leonard. ORTHO fest in Ljubljana, which every evening in April will be credited for the Ortofest concert frenzy, will occupy on Friday Noctiferia.

Saturday will be D-Day for the tenth anniversary of the legendary Pool in Krvavec. This one will especially please those who don't want to say goodbye to winter joys. This year's jubilee program of the adrenaline event will of course be the most comprehensive so far, so something is certain: an enormous dose of adrenaline will flow through the blood, as Saturday will be active, full of fun, snow and surprises.
For younger creators will be an interesting Saturday in the Pionirski dom Art Center, where they will design columns and arcades from cardboard and paper pulp inspired by Plečnik's and other architectural masterpieces. Children aged 5 to 15 are invited to the creative round of free workshops.
Movie buffs go to the cinema in the evening, Kino3Dvor invite! Between March 31 and April 6, five films will be screened at Kinodvor in the capital, which insatiable film lovers will watch with 3D glasses. You are an animated film on Saturday at 5 p.m Coraline with a prequel Koyaa – Flower we watch it in the company of children.
Sunday
We spend Easter Sunday more calmly. At 9 a.m., on a Sunday excursion through the Tivoli Park in Ljubljana, we can learn something new about the birds that hang out in the bushes or high in the trees, and listen to their singing.
In the evening, after all the Easter feasts, we will be able to sing by ourselves. Or at least danced. Zois & Marta will enliven K4 Roza in the K4 club, Andrew Jamer Gustav will provide Easter musical colors at the Colors Special in the Zoo, Muff will rock us with their rhythms in the Niagara Lounge Bar in Maribor, and Marina Martensson in the Hangar in Izola.
