4 medium ripe bananas (correctly curved)
40 g of butter
2 tablespoons of flower honey
2 egg whites
20 g of edible starch
a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
lemon juice
Melt half the butter and quickly fry the peeled bananas. Caramelize honey on the remaining banana juice and butter. Mix the starch into two egg whites, add cardamom and cinnamon to it. Melt the rest of the butter in a bowl, in which we fry the previously prepared dough, form a bed in which we place the banana and cover it with warm honey caramel.
Serve warm as a dessert.
