Ingredients for homemade fruit ice cream:

  • 500 ml of yogurt
  • 500 ml of sweet cream
  • 350 g of sugar
  • 300 g of fruit (raspberries, peaches, strawberries...)

The process of making homemade ice cream with fruit:
First, you chop the fruit into pieces and cook it with 200 grams of sugar until the sugar melts completely. Then cool the sauce and mix it if you don't want to have whole pieces of fruit in the ice cream. When the sauce is ready, start whipping the cream together with 150 grams of sugar, to which you add yogurt and a little less than three quarters of the fruit sauce. Mix well and place in the freezer for about 10 hours. After a few hours, it makes sense to mix the mass again to remove any crystals. Before serving, pour the rest of the sauce over the ice cream.
