To prepare sassy water, you need the following ingredients:

– 2 liters of filtered or spring water
– 1 large cucumber
– 1 large lemon
– 10 – 12 mint leaves or two bags of mint tea
– a piece of ginger root or a teaspoon of ginger powder

Slice the cucumber and lemon as thinly as possible. Chop the ginger, if it is in the root, into the smallest possible pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a jug or bowl. Leave the drink prepared in this way overnight in the refrigerator to release all the aromas and medicinal ingredients. The next morning, strain and drink the water throughout the day.
