A move that will relieve tension in your neck in just 30 seconds

Poor posture is one of the consequences of a modern, sedentary lifestyle. The consequences of a sedentary lifestyle are also felt in the neck. The position of the head while working at the computer creates a lot of pressure on the neck muscles and negatively affects the overall posture.

Due to the unnatural forward position of the head, the front neck muscles are weak and the back muscles are shortened and contracted.

Poor head posture affects many muscles in the neck. The technique described below is designed so that relaxes deeply contracted muscles and provides instant relief.

The 30 Second Neck Stress Relief Technique

1. First, place your right hand on the left side of your collarbone and stretch the left side of your neck for five seconds, tilting your neck to the right side. Relax.

2. Next, place your left hand on the right side of your collarbone and stretch the right side of your neck for five seconds, tilting your neck to the left. Relax.

3. Then interlace your fingers at the back of your neck and push your head back for ten seconds, keeping it straight, so don't raise or lower your chin. You will have a pulling sensation at the beginning of the skull, and the muscles at the front of the neck will also tighten. Relax.

4. Finally, place your hands on the neck, just below the skull and use your hands to lift the skull and push the head back with the chin slightly raised. Hold this position for ten seconds. Relax.

After performing it, you will feel a significant improvement, your neck will be more flexible, and the muscles will be more relaxed.

You can do this exercise whenever you feel the need.
