The process of making homemade chips:
First, peel the potatoes with a peeler and cut them into thin slices. We wipe it thoroughly with a cloth, while we heat the oil strongly in the pan. Place potato leaf after leaf on the oil and fry them for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the chips and place them on paper towels to absorb the oil.
