But so that you don't just eat čevapčič, hamburgers and hot dogs, today we present an excellent dessert from the grill, which is easy to prepare and tastes great. The dessert is crispy and warm on the outside, but cool and refreshing on the inside. Sounds delicious, right?
If you are skeptical, you should know that the ice cream will not melt in the heat. He needs it only a supporting shell, which is usually made from egg white or coconut.
To prepare ice cream with egg white, you need the following ingredients:
- egg whites
- icing sugar
- scoops of ice cream of your choice
- small cookies
Beat the egg whites with a little powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place a scoop of ice cream of your choice on top of the cookie and cover everything well with prepared stiff egg whites or snow. Place everything in a covered grill and bake until the egg whites turn light brown. If you don't have a covered grill, wrap everything ready in aluminum foil.
To prepare ice cream with coconut, you need the following ingredients:
- egg whites
- icing sugar
- scoops of ice cream of your choice
- coconut flakes
Put the egg whites in a bowl. Coat the ice cream scoops with them and put them in the freezer. This will create a solid protective layer and thus protect the ice cream from the heat. Then coat the ice cream again with the egg whites. Mix a little sugar and coconut crumbs and gently roll the ice cream balls in the prepared crumbs. Bake for a few minutes on a closed grill (200 degrees) or open in aluminum foil. Have a good run!
