Japanese banana diet

The most popular diet in the world, with which you can lose up to 5 kilograms in 7 days.

The basic rule of this diet is to eat bananas for breakfast and drink a glass of water at room temperature.

It is recommended to consume in the morning up to four bananas and up to two glasses of lukewarm water, the rest of the meals during the day should be normal, but healthy and light. The inventors of the diet claim that there are no specific rules for what and how much to eat.

The banana and water diet requires that the only drink you consume is lukewarm water and is recommended for up to 12 days.

The last meal should be four hours before bedtime. You should sleep at least eight hours, and fall asleep no later than midnight.

You will have to give up sweets, alcoholic drinks, juices and coffee, as they are not recommended in this diet.

If you really feel the need for something sweet, you can eat one bar of chocolate or some fruit after 3 p.m.
