There are things that are weighing you down and it would be good to let them go in the outgoing year!
You may find yourself in some of them, but add your own - in your mind or write them down on paper.
So, in 2022, let:
- Fear of never finding love or of not being enough for someone.
- Comparing your personal or career path to people who are (or are around) your age and believing that if your situation isn't exactly like theirs, you've failed.
- People who didn't love you back and especially those who never have and never will love you.
- Keeping the bad days inside, after they have already become a thing of the past.
- Excitement over something that you won't even remember in a few days or a month.
- People who make you doubt yourself, your worth, and who you are.
- Saying NO to things and people when you know you really need a break or time to yourself.
- Leave as many of your bad habits there as possible, even the small ones.
- Fear of failure because you will experience it, and yet you will be just fine when you survive it.
- He thinks the cry is weak or bad. Even though you know you feel a lot better after you sweat.
- Sleep by the phone.
- Not prioritizing your physical and mental health.
- Why do you allow emotions to have more power over you than you have over them?
- The belief that if you ask for help, you are weak.
- Prejudices.
- The need for perfection because you are not and will never be perfect.
